Ordered one item but ended up with three on the bill

I ordered 1 item from their site, styles by Susan. Somehow I got stuck in some kind of loop and before I knew it, 2 more of the same item were added to my order. I tried right away to cancel the extra two but they told me once the order was placed they couldn't change or cancel anything.

That just seems like BS to me. I mean, I caught it immediately. They took $100 total for stuff I didn't even want. I didn't get any kind of confirmation email that showed the extra items before they charged me, it just all happened at once. Now I'm out the money and stuck with three of the same thing.
