Plumber took my deposit and never came back
He wouldn't answer his phone. He made about 7 appointments through text but never showed up to any of them. I wasted so many days just waiting around for him. Finally I had to get another plumber to do the work.
I really think Subtech is a scam and probably doesn't even exist. James Martin is just a crook. I told my warranty company they should never hire him or his fake company again. I know I won't ever hire him again that's for sure.
