Ordered after fake doctor endorsement and no refund for months
When the package finally arrived I sent it back the same day, cost me another $13.00 in shipping. I called a few days later to make sure they got it and they said it was received on Feb. 9th. They told me to give it 30 days to process and then another 10 for the bank. I waited 40 days and called again, they said it was processed. Here we are on July 20th and still no refund. I've emailed them several times using the address they gave me and always get told it's still being processed. The last time I emailed a few days ago they didn't even reply, just bounced my message back to me. So they have my $591.80 and the product. Their website claims 100% refundable.
