Voicemail about a scheduled payment for my sister

I got a voicemail from a woman who started saying she was calling for someone, then an automated message came on and said my sister's name. It said she was calling on behalf of Sullivan Partners Arbitration and that they had a scheduled payment going through tomorrow. It gave a number to call, 1-888-876-9688, if I had questions.

I called that number back and it just said the call could not be completed and to try again. So I called the other number, 330-238-3361, and someone picked up for Catherine Sullivan. They sounded legit but wouldn't tell me anything because the number I was calling from wasn't in their system.

I don't know how they got my sister's name or why they're saying a payment is scheduled. I just wanted to find out what this was about and nobody would tell me anything.
