Voicemail saying court papers for someone I don't know

I got a call today and I didn't answer since I get spam calls all the time. They left a voicemail saying they were an attorney and they were going to serve court documents to a Valarie Jimenez. The message said to call 215-517-7436 to stop it, but I didn't call that number.

They called from Sullivan & Schwartz Associates at 219-364-6168, which is an Alabama number. So I called that number back and talked to someone there. They told me there is no Valarie in their office and I'm not in their system for any court documents. So I haven't called them again.

This is definitely a scam. I've worked with attorneys for 15 years and they don't make you call an out of state number like that. Plus I have no dealings in either state so there's no reason for any legal issue for me.

Phone calls saying they will come to my husband's job for a debt

These people from Sullivan & Schwartz Associates keep calling my phone. They say they are debt collectors and that they will be coming to my husbands place of work to collect money that he owes. I have no idea what debt they are even talking about.

The number they call from is 469-608-1731 and they are supposedly in Texas. They never send anything in the mail or give any real proof. Just threats about showing up at his job. It doesn't make any sense. They call a lot.
