Voicemail about court papers for my ex-husband

Got a voicemail from someone named Valerie Hemenez at this number (219) 364-6168. The message said it was from Sullivan and Schwartz Associates and it was about my ex-husband. I divorced him 20 years ago and haven't had any contact with him since.

The automated voice said something about being served court sealed documents at my home or job and that I needed to have my signature and two forms of ID ready. Then it said to call 215 517 4436 if I had questions or wanted to stop the service. It just didn't make any sense to me. I don't know where he is or anything about his life. I'm not involved in any of that.
