Phone call saying I have an old credit card from 2017

I got a phone call yesterday from someone saying they're with Sullivan's Associates. They told me I have an outstanding balance on a credit card from 2017. They said it's a Providivian National Bank card.

What got me is they had all my info. Where I stayed, my social security number, birthday, everything. The number showed up as spam when they called. It's 1-510-682-2929.

I'm just trying to figure out how to get a free credit score. If anyone has info on that I'd appreciate it.
