Ordered size L got XXL that fit like small

I placed a clothing order with Summet for 4 items, all in size L. When I got the package, everything was marked XXL but they were all still too small and the quality was just bad. I emailed them about it and they refused to give me my money back or even let me return the items.

They kept saying the sizing is from an Asian market they use. But I thought they were a US company because their address is in Sheridan, WY. I've exchanged a bunch of emails with them and got lots of excuses why they can't do anything about it. I'm just really unhappy and I don't want anyone else to get fooled by them. They need to be stopped. I paid $69.99 total.
