I ordered glass pumpkins-Got little plastic pumpkins nothing like was advertised

I was suppose to receive 3 glass pumpkins and received 3 plastic pumpkins they were 1 1/2 inch, 2 1/2 inch and 3 1/2 inch cheap plastic pumpkins, not what was advertised at all, they came from California, i paid $53, I tried to get a full refund, that didn’t happen, they said I needed to return to china at my cost! they 1st offered me $9.99, I said no way, then all the back and fourth-I had to except their counter offer of $19 and change, because they told me they couldn’t refund my money until they received the product and it would take a month to get to them, it’s very expensive to return anything to china so I cut my loss and took the $19 and change. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE AND DONT REFUND YOU $$

Ordered witch decorations but items looked nothing like the photos

I ordered three little witch decorations from the Sunny Nest Living website. What showed up in the mail was nothing like the pictures they had online. Not even close.

I tried to get in touch with them about it but the site just said it was not available. So I couldn't even leave a complaint or ask for a refund.

I feel pretty dumb about it honestly. Lost about 30 bucks and got junk in return. That site is clearly a scam.
