Jewelry shipped from Vietnam but website says local NM

I bought something from this website because they made a big deal about being local here in New Mexico. That was a big reason I ordered. Then my jewelry shows up and the return address is in Vietnam. That alone felt off.

I tried to email them and call the number on their site. The phone just rings and rings, and the email bounces back. They have a contact form that says they’ll get back to you within 24 hours. That’s a joke. I never heard anything.

After I got the item I looked up reviews and saw a lot of people saying the quality is really bad. I decided I want to return it but I can’t even reach anyone. The whole thing feels like a sham. I’m just stuck with this thing now.
