Email in package about after-sales service charged me $5
So I contacted them and they said I had to pay $5 to get started but it would be fully refundable. I figured it would just get bundled into my refund from Makebreeze since that's who I ordered from. They told me to upload photos of the item and then after I did that they said I needed to contact the seller myself. I asked them what their job even was then and they just said support. I told them they were useless middlemen and I wanted my $5 back.
They said they wouldn't charge me twice which didn't even make sense. I reminded them that their own site said the $5 would be refunded. Then I couldn't get back in touch with them at all. The email just stopped working or something. I never got my money back.
