Pink sweater came out nothing like the picture

I saw this site advertised on Facebook and found it through the internet. I ordered this really pretty pink button down sweater and was so excited for it. When it finally arrived, the material was totally different, the pattern was only kinda close, and it was just poorly made. I was really disappointed.

When I contacted them about a refund, they told me to take a picture of the label on top and then peel it off and take a picture of the one underneath. But you couldn't peel the top label off without messing up the info on the label under it. That didn't make sense to me. The customer support address they gave showed CA 92025, but the webpage itself showed some strange country I didn't even recognize. Then they said I would only get a partial refund anyway.
