Ordered something for 9.99 but they charged me 63.92
They said they would issue the refund and then this woman Tara from their customer service called me. She told me they already shipped it the next day and I should just keep it or donate it or whatever. She said the refund was issued but that was a lie because I never got anything back.
I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Then I found a post on Ecautious.com where someone else was reporting them as scammers too. These people just took my money and pretend like they are trying to help but they have no intention of fixing anything. Beware of these people they are scammers!!!!!
