Sandals came without any of the charms shown

I ordered these sandals from their website because the picture showed them with all these little charms on them. That's the whole reason I bought them. When the package finally showed up, it was just the plain sandals. No charms at all, not even in the box.

I paid 95 dollars for these. The site was [email protected] but the shipping label had a different email on it, [email protected], and the address was 1215 E Washington Blvd in Montebello, CA. I tried emailing them but no reply yet. It's just frustrating because the ad clearly showed the charms, and what I got is not what was pictured.
