Paid off phase 1 and never got phase 2 funding

I got approved through Westlake Funding Solution at 99 Wall Street, suite 994, New York, NY 10005. They told me once I paid off phase 1 with a small loan mca, I would automatically get phase 2 funded with a larger amount and a longer term.

So I paid off phase 1 and then waited all week. No funds came through for phase 2. Nothing.

I tried contacting the three people involved, Mathew Zion, Noah Cohen and Joe Sutton. They are with Sure Fund Funding, Prompt Funding Solution and Sudden Funding. I called and emailed all of them at [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. Nobody replied back, not even a phone call. I lost $25,638 total.

Paid fifteen thousand for a structured loan that never came

I was introduced to Matthew Zion by a guy named Noah Cohen. His email is [email protected]. They said I had 3 options to get funding. I paid $15,000 for the first phase and after that I was supposed to collect a structured loan of $305,000.

The loan never showed up. I completed the first phase and paid the money but nothing happened after that. I tried reaching out but no luck. Their website is app.decisionlogic.com/BSA58K and the address on file is Vanderbilt Ave in New York. I lost 10k on this.
