Invoice for $8,804.25 from a company I never used

I got an invoice in the mail from Surgical Implant Partners for $8,804.25. I have never been a customer of this company. Never signed anything with them, never ordered anything, never received any goods or services from them.

The invoice lists three dates going back to 2024 but there are no product descriptions, no service details, nothing itemized. Just a flat amount due. That's it.

I don't know why they sent this to me. It looks like either a major billing mistake or someone trying to get money out of me. Their address is 700 Smith Street smb 26867, Houston, TX 77022. Website is www.surgicalimplantpartners.com and the email on it is [email protected]. I just want someone to look into this because it doesn't make any sense.
