Boutique website promised returns but won't take them back
Their website said "100% Satisfaction guaranteed 30 day returns no questions asked" right on the page with the item I bought. But when I emailed them about a return, they sent me to their returns link. That page says all sale items are final sale. So which is it?
I've been going back and forth with them through email. They won't accept a return or give me a refund. The most they offered was a "one time favor" to exchange for a different size but they want $15 per item for that. No thanks.
