Ordered a phone holder and never got it
Then on August 25 I get a message saying there might be a delay due to "enhance quality assurance inspection" for size, color, features, specs. That seemed really odd to me because who takes days to inspect a phone holder? So I decided to cancel my order.
They told me they couldn't cancel because it already went past their 24 hour cancellation period and the order was processed. They said they can't intercept the shipment but they never gave me a tracking number. If they really shipped it, where is the tracking?
I also saw another complaint from someone who tried to return a product and was told it was past the 30 day return policy. I still haven't received the phone holder. Total money lost was $45.94.
Order from North Carolina website came from China instead
I tried to return it and they kept asking for photograph after photograph of the item. After about 10 emails they offered me store credit. I did some internet sleuthing and found out they are actually located at Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street Yinzhou District, Ningbo City Zhejiang Province, 315100 China. I lost about 52 dollars on this.
Ordered a sweater that came with no tags and is garbage quality
They told me to send it to an address in China. I tried calling their number, 1(307) 310-6129. It rings once and then goes dead. They won't reimburse me. I hope someone can shut these crooks down.
