Won $713 on Sweep Las Vegas and still waiting on my redemption

I played the game on sweeplasvegas.com and spent $66.10. I ended up winning $713.15. I've been waiting on my redemption money since September 15, 2026 and all they keep doing is emailing me saying the Finance Team is backed up and I'll get an email once it's done.

They asked for a copy of my ID and a bank statement to show proof of identity and where the money should be sent. I sent all that and still nothing. I have all the emails between me and customer support.

I checked reviews and this is happening to a lot of people. I really wish I would have checked the reviews before I played.
