Won sweep coins but they keep asking for more money

I won sweep coins on their online casino site, sweepolis.com, which you are supposed to be able to redeem for cash prizes. So I jumped through all their hoops and met every requirement they had. Then out of nowhere they tell me I have to make a deposit to redeem my winnings. So I did that. After that they said my redeem was rejected for some reason but they would not give me any reason at all. Just said "some reason".

I tried the gift card option after that and guess what, that got rejected too. Then they asked me to deposit more money with a different bank card. I did not make a second purchase. They have a facebook page and ads everywhere. They will chat with you on their site but all I got was run in circles and them asking me to send more money to get money.

I lost about 10 dollars total. Their phone number is (276) 262-3554 and email is [email protected]. I just want something done about these type of crooks. Good luck, I hope you put them out of business.
