Ordered a sweatshirt from TikTok page and never got it

I ordered a sweatshirt off a page I saw on TikTok. I paid and never received my order. After about 5 weeks I emailed for an update and the next day I got a response of 5 paragraphs. Between May 26th and August 17th they shut everything down. Now the website sweetwearstudio.com and the email [email protected] don't exist. Myself and many others got money taken from this person and something should be done about it. I have the emails I had with this person and their TikTok account I ordered from.
