Keeps charging my card every month for something I don't remember

I don't even remember what site I ordered from them or what it was for. But somehow they got my card info and they charge me forty dollars every month. It's been adding up, and I've paid over a thousand dollars total now because of it.

I've just been letting it go because I don't want the hassle of getting a new card again. That's such a pain to update everywhere. I found their address in Pomona and this email [email protected] but I haven't contacted them yet. I just want it to stop.
