Shipping company keeps adding fees for my grandson's dog collar

My grandson ordered a tracking collar for his dog for hunting. He paid $550 for it. Then the shipping company added fees to deliver the product. The caller wanted an additional $200 for insurance. Then today they called and wanted another $200 that they said would be refunded after delivery. So it's ongoing.

I am not paying no more and I am reporting them. Their number is (469) 938-0623 and the website is swiftlaneexpress.com.
