Ordered vitamins, got a customs email and a second charge

I placed an order from Synova, from their site Trysynova.com. There was no indication the product was coming from China. Then weeks later I get this email about customs clearance. That’s when I tried to cancel and start a return.

They keep telling me they’ll get back to me with return instructions. It’s been weeks and still nothing. Just stringing me along, trying to keep the money for the vitamin supplement. Then I just got another charge on my credit card from them.

Total scam. They were super rude. Still no help with the return and now another charge.
