Text saying I owe for parking I never used

Got a text message saying I didn't pay for my parking spot. I wasn't even in a Taggr-Premium surveilled lot. They sent photos of my license plate and everything. But I was not in a paid parking spot at all.

The text came to my personal number about half an hour after I parked. Another car in the same row got the same text at the same time. That makes no sense. They didn't ask for money yet but it's clearly some kind of phishing thing. Just wanted to report it.
