Signed up for free trial and now they keep charging me

I signed up for a 30 day free trial of Tai Chi Walking. When I tried to cancel before the 30 days were up, there was no place to cancel on the site. Then I got charged $49 for a Premium subscription that I never wanted and don't use.

I've been charged for 3 months now. The phone number on my bank statement is (888) 883-1861 but it's incorrect, nobody answers. I looked them up online and saw a bunch of other people having the same problem. I just need this cancelled and my money back.
