Ordered shorts, no return process and back order since March

I ordered two pairs of shorts from this online business tailoredathlete.com. The first pair came and when I tried to return them there was no return procedure at all, even though they show a 35-day return policy. The second pair has been on “back order” since March 30, 2024. I reached out multiple times and got no response.

Finally someone named “Jenela” who claimed to be with customer service replied but then ghosted me after that first message. I have kept copies of my communication as much as possible. Their address is 71-75 Shelton Street Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK. I lost $150 total.
