Toothbrush came without charger and no one will answer

I ordered a TAO Toothbrush and waited a month to get it. It finally showed up on September 28, 2026, and the charger was not in the box. I paid about $90 for this toothbrush and the charger is just missing.

I've been trying to email them and call them but it's only a recording that tells you to send an email to customer support. Nobody ever responds and then the system hangs up on you once the recording ends. I looked them up online and both of their numbers are just recordings. 844-826-4040 and 973-244-0300.

Please help.
