Invoice from chatbot.app for a subscription I never signed up for
The message said: "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your refund, as your account shows that more than 20 messages were sent, and the refund request was made more than 7 days after the initial purchase according to our refund policy."
That is just not true. I never sent or received any messages, I never signed up for this, and I have never used the service at all.
