Phone call saying I have an IRS or State tax balance

I got a call from (857) 407-2077. The person said they were calling from a tax petition office. They said it was in case I still have an IRS or State tax balance that needs to be addressed.

I don't have any tax balance that I know of. It felt like a scam call trying to get me worried about taxes. I didn't lose any money but wanted to report the number.
