Phone call about tax savings with no company details

Got a call today from someone saying her name was Heather Evans from the tax petition office. She said she checked my tax file and we need to talk to see if I’m still eligible for tax savings.

She told me to press 2 to connect or call 866-771-5720. The number that showed up on my phone was (226) 422-6181 and it says the location is ON, CAN. I didn’t press anything, just hung up. Felt strange since I never asked for this. No company name other than “tax petition office” which doesn’t sound real to me.
