They sent me to collections for work they never did

I used Tax Rise because they said they would help me resolve my taxes. They didn't do anything. Not one thing. But then they sent a 10,000 bill over to Montary Financial to collect.

I had to end up going to Optima Taxes to get the help I actually needed. So Tax Rise never did any work for me. Why would I pay for a service I never received? It doesn't make any sense. They have my phone number (949) 806-4790 and email, but they just sent this bill to collections instead of talking to me.
