Teamjoy said my order was delivered but it wasn't

I bought something from Teamjoy's website and it was around $45. They told me it was delivered. Then they said the shipper made a mistake and offered to send a new one. I'm still waiting for that.

Don't buy anything from them. This is a scam. They are based in KY, USA but that doesn't seem to matter. I never got my money back or my order.
