Paid $3208 for printer help that never fixed anything

I was having trouble printing with my HP DeskJet 2540 and just wanted some tech support. I got connected with someone named "Hazel Smith" at +1-321-441-2835 and they gave me ticket # ReQ2086TC. Then I got transferred to another person and got case # VE6558WA.

TechRepair365 called me from +1(800)867-9181 and sent over a seven page contract. It showed my credit card was charged $3208.00 for "services rendered & lifetime support." The agreement said it was with "X Digitech" which I thought was weird.

This morning 8/26/2026 I tried to print something and it still wasn't working. Same problem as before I ever called them. So I googled the company and found stuff that made me realize this was a scam. I called my CapitalOne Visa right away and put in a fraud alert. Their website is techrepair365.com and the address on the paperwork was 1317 Edgewater Drive, #2269, Orlando, FL 32804. I just want my money back.
