Won a prize but never got anything from them

I got contacted by someone named Teresa Carter I think, her email was [email protected] and she called me from 1(606) 225-9366. She told me I won a sweepstakes or lottery thing, I don't remember exactly which one. She said I just had to pay some fees first to get my prize.

I sent them $157. I kept waiting and waiting for my winnings to show up. Never got nothing out of what I won! Not a single dollar.

I tried to call the number back a few times and it just rings or goes to voicemail. Emailed too and no reply. I feel so stupid about it. They made it sound so real and I really believed I had won something.
