Sneakers came in wrong color and turned out fake

I bought sneakers through the Shop App. I found them at Concretecanvas and ordered them. When they came in the color was wrong, and then I realized they were fake. I reached out on the app saying I wanted to return them and got no communication back. I even emailed about their return policy. I must have sent 10 emails and never got a response. The phone number doesn't work either.
