Flower shop website with only an 844 number
The person on the phone didn't seem local at all. When she tried to repeat my order back to me, she didn't have the details right. That's when I realized something was off. But I had already given my credit card info.
I cancelled the order and I'm just hoping nothing happens with my card. The only number on their site is 844-772-2173. No local number. I should have known better. They're pretending to be a real business, or maybe one that used to be there.
Ordered flowers that were never delivered, got the runaround
Then late that same day I got an email saying the flowers couldn't be delivered. I called back and the person gave me this long, confusing story. I asked to be connected to the local store in Texas where the flowers were supposed to come from, and they said they didn't know. Then they just hung up on me.
I called again trying to get some actual information and just got the runaround again. Nobody would tell me anything. So I looked into this company more and found out they're not reputable. They take your payment and don't deliver any flowers. I'm out $83 total.
