Free test turned into a charge I never agreed to
I didn't sign up for anything like that. There was no warning about a subscription or any monthly charge. I just wanted to see my results from the free test. Now I'm out the money and trying to get this fixed. They have a website test library.com and the email that came through was [email protected]. The phone number that showed up was 1(448) 228-7801 but I'm not even sure that helps. This just doesn't seem right.
