Instagram ad for a $1.95 test turned into a $39.95 charge
Then about a week later I see a charge on my card for $39.95. Turns out I was signed up for some monthly thing that auto-renews. They never said the $1.95 was for a trial. It just felt sneaky. I didn't even get a reminder or anything before they hit my card.
Their site is testlibrary.com and they emailed me from [email protected]. They also have mytraitsprofile.com. I just want my money back. This was not made clear at all.
