Website says my email isn't found but they took my money

I got scammed by Testlibrary.us. They got me into some recurring payments thing and now I can't stop it. I tried canceling but when I go to their website it says my email isn't found. But they are still taking my money. The page makes you put an email in just to do anything.

Their address is 6975 Bowers Road, Imlay City, MI 48444. I lost about $39.95 total. This whole thing is deceiving and fraudulent. I don't know what else to do about it.
