Message saying they were filing a civil judgement against me
He said once the motion gets filed, a courier would be dispatched to my place of employment or my residence on my street. That part really got my attention because it sounded so official. The message said to call the filing party directly at 855-656-5943 if I had questions.
I looked up the number and it's just some Texas number, no real company behind it that I can find. This is a debt collection thing but I don't recognize any of these names. I haven't called them back because something feels off about the whole thing.
