Jacket quality terrible and now FedEx bill from Pakistan
I thought about trying to return it but it seemed like too much of a hassle so I just decided to eat the loss. But then today I get a bill from Federal Express for $19.90. It says I owe them for shipping charges from Pakistan. The seller had told me shipping was free.
I emailed them at [email protected] about this but I'm not expecting much. The jacket isn't worth what I paid and now this extra charge on top of it just makes it worse. I don't know what else to do about it.
