Facebook video promised apps to claim bank funds

I was on Facebook and saw a video. It said there were apps that would give you access to money banks are holding from transactions people made to pay bills and stuff. You could find out about it and claim it and it would get deposited into your bank account every month.

So I ordered two apps, Lure and Leaf and Sun Pitchers. The companies I dealt with were The American Refunds System and Digistore24. I paid $210. I got confirmation of my orders and invoices for them.

When I tried to download the apps, I got an error message saying they could not find my email address or my invoices.
