Order took over a month and wrong items showed up

I placed an order on their website for Style Craft Saber Trimmers, a Babyliss replacement head DLC 2.0 and also a Graphite 2.0. The site said 3-5 business days to ship so I figured it would be quick.

Anyway after over 40 days I finally got a box and it had JRL clippers 2020b-c inside. Not what I ordered at all. I paid $279.66 for this. I tried reaching out to [email protected] but no reply yet. Their phone number is (214) 304-8375 and the address on the site is 216 Jefferson Blvd, Dallas, TX 75208.

Just pretty frustrated. I waited all that time and then it's the wrong stuff. Doesn't make sense to me.
