Guy came to look at my house then disappeared
Seth came out to look at my house and asked me questions about what price I wanted. I told him an amount and he agreed right away. We shook hands and he said a contract would be emailed to me so my attorney could look it over.
That was it. I never heard from Seth again. Now I'm really afraid he's going to try using a quit claim deed to steal my house or come up with some other idea to take my property.
