Called my boss trying to garnish my wages over the phone
I hung up on them. Then the element group called from 814-201-1502 and actually talked to my boss trying to garnish my wages. They had my name, last 4 of my social, my address, and my employer's phone number. That's scary.
They claim they sent emails and mail to me but I have not gotten anything at all. Nothing in the mail, no emails, nothing. I don't know where they got my info from but this is not right.
