Ordered Ethiopian Bible but only got digital copy

I ordered an Ethiopian Bible in English online near the end of June. It was supposed to be 2 physical copies plus the audio, video, and digital versions. All I got was the digital one.

I've emailed them at least three times through [email protected] and also tried their website. They say they respond within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything back. I get that shipping can take a while but this is getting ridiculous. I spent 88 dollars and I'm pretty upset about it.
