Website says US company but ships from China
The whole thing just didn't match up. If you're going to claim you're a US company, then you should actually be one. The website is thefleececompany.com and their email is [email protected]. I just wish they had been upfront about where the stuff was really coming from.
Facebook ad for blankets but nothing ever showed up
At first I emailed them and they just said the shipment is in progress. I asked again a couple times and now they're just ignoring me. I finally looked them up online and found a bunch of other people saying the same thing. Either items never come or if they do show up they're not what was pictured and the quality is terrible.
I just want my money back at this point. Or the blankets. But I don't think either one is going to happen.
Blankets were tiny and not like the pictures on their site
They say they have a satisfaction guarantee but you have to ship it back to Germany at your own cost. That would cost more than I paid for the blankets. I spent $75 on this.
I called customer service and they just said tough luck, it was in the ad. I never saw that. Must have been in tiny font or hidden somewhere. I feel like I got tricked.
Ordered fleece items and the sizes were totally wrong on the website
Then I looked at their return policy on the website and it says one thing but they don't tell you their return place is in Europe. I'm in the US. So to send it back would cost more than what I paid for the stuff. There's no way to know that before you buy.
I lost about $119 and some change. I emailed [email protected] but no real help. Just felt like they hid the whole Europe thing on purpose.
Bought two blankets that were not what was shown on the website
When the package finally got here there was no invoice inside and no return address anywhere. The blankets on the website look really fluffy and thick. What we got was basically two sheets sewn together with some cheap fleece stuffing in between. There is no phone number to call for help either.
When I emailed them about returning the blankets they gave me a false address in Germany. The address is Heinrich-Barth-Str.18 53881 Euskirchen Germany. It is not a real receiving company. We lost $92.11 on this.
Ordered blankets and pillow cases that never showed up
On May 29, my tracking stated that my package was delivered. I never received it. I gave it another 2 days just in case the tracking was off a little. I sent an email on June 1, there is no contact number listed, and asked about my package. I was told it was delivered, I stated that in my email but also stated that I never received my package. I have sent 3-4 more emails but have not heard anything in return.
