Blankets from this site were nothing like the pictures
When the stuff finally arrived it was nothing like the photos or the specs on the site. Just garbage quality. Way too small and completely unusable. And there doesn't seem to be any way to return it or get my money back.
I paid $196.67 for this. After looking into it more I can see this company has done the same thing to other people, taking money and sending junk. It's a scam.
Blankets came way too small and then they stopped answering
I emailed back and forth with someone named Marie. She told me to lay the blankets on a bed, measure them, and send her a picture. I said no. It was too obvious these were way too small for a Double/Full size bed. I sent her a copy of their own ad with the measurements they list, plus the part that says Easy Returns and/or Exchanges. I asked for an address and instructions to return them. She would not give me that info. After I sent her the copy of their ad she just stopped responding to me at all.
I'm out $69.
Ordered blankets from an ad and got tiny orange sheets
What showed up was 2 orange sheets that were smaller than twin size. The material looked woven in the pictures but it's just bumpy fabric. The color is ugly, they aren't warm at all, and it took 3.5 weeks to get here. I honestly thought I got taken and would never see anything.
It came yesterday and now I'm embarrassed because I WAS taken. The ad never made it clear this was a Chinese company. It looked like an American company restocking for a new year. I paid $98.96 for this.
Blankets too small and have to return them to Germany
I tried contacting customer service several times and they kept saying I could just return the items once they arrived but wouldn't give me return instructions until I got them. When they showed up they were also too small for my full size and queen beds. Then they said I have to return them to Germany. I can't afford to send them back to Germany.
Nowhere on their website does it say anything about care instructions or that I would have to return them to Germany. I lost $91.24 on this.
Wrong size blanket and they make you ship to Germany
The problem is they want me to send it back to an address in Germany, not in the US like they claim to be. I tried to buy a shipping label for the address they gave me in Citra, FL but that one doesn't even exist. So I'm stuck with a blanket that's the wrong size and they won't do anything about it unless I pay to send it overseas.
They also have a policy where they decide if they want to accept your return after they get it, and if they don't, they won't even send the item back to you. I already lost $149.72 on this. Their phone number is (609) 837-7500 and email is [email protected]. I just want the right size blanket or my money back.
Website says US company but ships from China
The whole thing just didn't match up. If you're going to claim you're a US company, then you should actually be one. The website is thefleececompany.com and their email is [email protected]. I just wish they had been upfront about where the stuff was really coming from.
Facebook ad for blankets but nothing ever showed up
At first I emailed them and they just said the shipment is in progress. I asked again a couple times and now they're just ignoring me. I finally looked them up online and found a bunch of other people saying the same thing. Either items never come or if they do show up they're not what was pictured and the quality is terrible.
I just want my money back at this point. Or the blankets. But I don't think either one is going to happen.
Blankets were tiny and not like the pictures on their site
They say they have a satisfaction guarantee but you have to ship it back to Germany at your own cost. That would cost more than I paid for the blankets. I spent $75 on this.
I called customer service and they just said tough luck, it was in the ad. I never saw that. Must have been in tiny font or hidden somewhere. I feel like I got tricked.
Ordered fleece items and the sizes were totally wrong on the website
Then I looked at their return policy on the website and it says one thing but they don't tell you their return place is in Europe. I'm in the US. So to send it back would cost more than what I paid for the stuff. There's no way to know that before you buy.
I lost about $119 and some change. I emailed [email protected] but no real help. Just felt like they hid the whole Europe thing on purpose.
Bought two blankets that were not what was shown on the website
When the package finally got here there was no invoice inside and no return address anywhere. The blankets on the website look really fluffy and thick. What we got was basically two sheets sewn together with some cheap fleece stuffing in between. There is no phone number to call for help either.
When I emailed them about returning the blankets they gave me a false address in Germany. The address is Heinrich-Barth-Str.18 53881 Euskirchen Germany. It is not a real receiving company. We lost $92.11 on this.
Ordered blankets and pillow cases that never showed up
On May 29, my tracking stated that my package was delivered. I never received it. I gave it another 2 days just in case the tracking was off a little. I sent an email on June 1, there is no contact number listed, and asked about my package. I was told it was delivered, I stated that in my email but also stated that I never received my package. I have sent 3-4 more emails but have not heard anything in return.
