Getting daily calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting phone calls every single day from this company, The Fresh Start Union. Every time it's from a different phone number. A recording starts the call saying my loan application is approved, but I've never submitted one. I've never even heard of them.

At first I just blocked the numbers, but that did nothing. They just use a new number each time. This past week, I've actually stayed on the line to talk to a live person. I've told them five separate times to take me off their call list. I said I never applied for anything and I'm not interested.

They still call me daily. It's harassment. This is a scam and a total nuisance.
