Free rosary from The Grace Chapel but no rosary
I contacted them three times to complain. I even asked if they couldn't refund the shipping and just send another rosary instead. The person who responded said they would forward my email up the ladder. No response so far.
I just want the rosary I was supposed to get or my money back.
